  2. WhatsApp Group (Supplementary): Quick reminders and logistics only.
  3. Phone Calls (Urgent only): For time‑sensitive matters (e.g., emergencies affecting deadlines/attendance).
* Note: Keep communication respectful and concise. Share solutions openly on the forum so everyone benefits.

  4. Response Window to whatapps: I aim to acknowledge whatapps queries within 24–48 hours on working days. Call for very urgent/time‑sensitive matters
4) Be Prepared
  1. Attendance: 100% attendance is expected for all sessions.
  2. Participation: Come prepared (pre‑readings done) and contribute to discussions, polls, and activities.
  3. Expect the Unexpected: Bring flexibility or activities may adapt to class needs and progress.
5) General Rules
  1. Punctuality: Be on time. Repeated lateness may affect participation marks (where applicable).
  2. Academic Integrity (Plagiarism): Submit your own work and cite sources properly. Suspected cases follow university procedures.
  3. Submission on Time: Follow due dates on Lesson Plan/blog.
  4. If you anticipate a delay, inform earlier (2 days before the deadline) with a valid reason.
  5. Late submissions without prior notice may not be accepted or may incur penalties per programme guidelines.
6) Late or absent:
  1. Inform as early as possible (before class) WhatsApp or Phone call (urgent) , stating reason and any supporting proof if applicable.
  2. Catch up via blog materials and Whatapps group.
