Why it matters
Acts as a catalyst for civility, understanding, mutual respect, and value-driven learning.
A.D.A.B Model (for designing delivery & learning)
A – Analysis: Align outcomes, anticipate learner needs, analyze context, advances in the field, and community issues.
D – Design: Connect knowledge–people–environment–Creator; promote world/workplace awareness; deliver contextual, respectful learning.
A – Assess: Continuous/ipsative/synoptic assessment; evaluate engagement & respectfulness; assess transversal skills.
B – Build in Belief: Embed reflection, espouse values, strengthen conviction, enhance faith.
Seven Elements: A structured set (Element 1 most crucial at the start; elements 5–7 uniquely shape delivery). Not strictly sequential. (Diagram provided on page.)
Outcome: A value-embedded T&L design producing holistic students in sync with Creator, humanity, and the living/non-living environment.
Resources: Videos and slides (e.g., “Model A.D.A.B dalam Education 5.0,” “A.D.A.B in ODL 5.0,” implementation guide).
